Service Availability:

Effect of Termination:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of UXHub will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or as otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in Quezon City, Philippines.

UXHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of UXHub after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
